I recently picked up a book by media guru and real estate broker Barbara Corcoran entitled “Nextville” subtitle…Amazing Places to Live the Rest of Your Life. Corcoran mentions an interesting survey she conducted through a survey of visitors to the popular real estate portal Trulia.com.
In the survey, baby boomers were asked what were their top priorities in searching for their ideal retirment spot. They listed the following as highly desireable options:
